The Working in Confined Spaces video e-Learning course is an interactive and fully-certified training scheme for anyone who anyone who works in a confined space, or employs people who work in confined space. The course is fully certified and approved by the IIRSM, and is widely accepted as proof of competence on sites around the UK.
Work in confined spaces can pose serious risks to the individuals involved. Difficulty of access, limited air and the speed with which fire or contaminants can spread must all be taken into account in detailed risk assessments. Even when a space is deemed suitable to work in, personnel must be appropriately trained to keep themselves safe and follow proper protocols.
This Working in Confined Spaces video course will explore the UK legislation associated with working in confined spaces. Candidates will learn about the criteria for a confined space, the potential hazards when working in enclosed areas, how to conduct work safely, what to do in the event of an emergency, and how to behave during a rescue situation.
Candidates completing this course will be able to demonstrate their understanding of the control measures when working in or near to confined spaces as detailed in a safe working procedure – preventing emergencies, and keeping themselves and their colleagues safe.

What is Video e-Learning?

Each module of the Working in Confined Spaces video course is taught with a face-to-face video. Once you’ve finished the video and taken in all of the information, you’ll then have to pass a test to move onto the next module.
